If you are a big fan of Mad Men TV show, as I am, you would appreciate this infographics a lot. I did it for my agency’s blog as a tribute to the grand finale of the show, the last season of which premiered last Saturday. Millions of viewers are in great grief over its ending and so am I. This is why we decided to dedicate a series of blogs to this great American TV show about the advertising industry of the 60s. Being a huge fan of the Oscar’s, I decided to combine my passion for the film as an art form and graphic design to make a series of the illustrations for the Best Picture nominees using just the simple, geometric forms and colors. I made it a goal to finish all of the illustrations by the date the show airs, which is tomorrow, February 22nd, 2015.
